These Terms govern your use of the CricLogs mobile applications and related services (the “Service”). By using CricLogs you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use CricLogs (or the minimum age required in your country).
• You are responsible for activity on your account, including matches, teams, players, and broadcasts you create.
• Keep your phone number secure — anyone with access to your one-time sign-in code can access your account as you.
• Provide accurate information. Do not impersonate other people or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload, broadcast, post, or otherwise create content that:

• Is hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Is sexually explicit, depicts nudity, or sexualizes minors in any way.
• Depicts or encourages violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person.
• Contains spam, scams, malware, phishing, or unsolicited advertising.
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

3. Reporting and blocking

• Every user-created profile, team, match, and broadcast can be reported from inside the app via the More menu.
• You can block any user — they will no longer see your content and you will not see theirs. You can unblock from Settings.
• We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Repeated false or malicious reports may themselves result in account action.

4. Live broadcasts

• When you broadcast, you confirm you have the legal right to capture and stream the audio and video involved, including consent of identifiable people in frame where required by law.
• If you stream to a third-party destination (such as YouTube), that destination’s terms apply alongside these Terms. You are responsible for complying with both.
• We may suspend a broadcast that violates these Terms or third-party terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create on CricLogs. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and adapt your content solely as needed to operate the Service (e.g., delivering your broadcast to YouTube, syncing your matches to other devices, displaying scorecards to other participants in a match you played).

6. Service availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Network conditions, third-party services, and device hardware may affect performance — especially for live streaming.

7. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, harm other users, or misuse the Service. We will notify you when feasible.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limits of liability, governing law) survive.

8. Apple Standard EULA

If you obtained CricLogs from the Apple App Store, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and is incorporated by reference. Where these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the more restrictive terms apply with respect to use of the iOS app.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CricLogs and its suppliers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CricLogs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which for a free Service is zero.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CricLogs harmless from claims arising out of content you upload or broadcast, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Bengaluru, India, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
